Stop Making Excuses & Start Making Time

I make time to work out at least 3-4 times a week. It’s not selfish–it’s self care, therapy, and important for me.

Hear me when I say this. I never have time to go on a run. There is always one more email or article at work. There is always a basket of laundry or a sink full of dishes. There is always a whining kid or a meal that needs cooked.

But I’ve learned that I have to take care of myself and that if I wait until I have time, I never will.

So whatever your thing is–the gym, an hour at a coffee shop, getting your nails done–Stop making excuses and start making time.
